Biography

For the past 20 years, Alan’s practice has focused on the representation of mental health and other health care providers in license revocation proceedings and Medicare/MediCal audits, the enforcement of contractual rights of health care providers, financial institutions, and property owners, as well as related transactional work including practice acquisition agreements, leases and corporate documentation.

LEGAL WORK EXPERIENCE:                     

September 1999 to present:

Administrative law for health care providers, defense of license revocation proceedings, defense of Medicare and MediCal audits, related civil litigation and transactional work.
